Summer Relief

Back in the early 60s sometime, my parents took my sister and me swimming at Graybill Pool.  It was on the outskirts of Walla Walla.  At the time, I believe it was one of 3 outdoor public pools in Walla Walla, 2 commercially run and one public.  Actually Pioneer Park also had a pool, but was very small.  I believe that all are gone now, giving residents little relief from temperatures that often get above 100 during July and August.
This picture was found on the Bygone Walla Walla page by Joe Drazan.
